National Cream Puff Day


Who could say "no" to that?!


What I especially love about these delicious, flaky pastries is you can get really creative with the fillings.  They are surprisingly easy to make and are so different than any other pastry with their hollow center it just asked to be filled with something delicious!  Cream puffs are a great way to make an impressive dessert with little effort, why not try tonight?  Check your kitchen for water, butter, flour, salt and eggs and your ready to get your cream puff on!
